About Thomas Davies

Thomas Davies, also known as TD London, was formed in 1992 by Sarah Mackay under her maiden name of Thomas Davies. Sarah is still fully involved in the business and is your first point of contact, ensuring you are very well looked after and satisfied with the level of work undertaken.

A large portion of our clients are professional property investors, often with large property portfolios. In servicing these clients we often deal with Central London property agents such as Chestertons, Savills and Knight Frank.

As part of our service we advise on how to achieve optimum rental income whilst ensuring an international appeal by creating a contemporary style which will last for the rental life of the property. We work within our clients budgets and ensure all work is undertaken to the highest specifications by our experienced team of skilled craftsmen.

Other clients often include wealthy indivudals with more than one home who really enjoy their homes.

We try and avoid land fill, by re cycling or giving items that have use and value
to new owners.
